●Return

  • •The customer can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided it is in its original, unused condition, with all its accessories and packaging.
  • •The amount is refunded to the customer after receiving and inspecting the product, with shipping fees deducted (if any).
  • •Discounted products or special offers may not be eligible for return except in case of a manufacturing defect.

●Exchange

  • •The product can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt under the same previous conditions (original condition - unused - intact packaging).
  • •In case of a manufacturing defect or damage resulting from shipping, the product will be exchanged without any additional fees.
  • •The customer can exchange the product for another product of the same value or higher (with payment of the price difference).
